Product Application

1.Electric donut machine, we have 3 styles, producing mini donut. Middle donut, large donut (to make the thick or thin donuts, you just adjust the inside diameter to do ).

2. Each style machine has 2 parts controller. One is for the shaping donut. The other is for the boiling.

3. Making donuts have 2 models: making one donut or two and make this choice by a controller on top of machine

4.The temperature of oil in the slot will be controlled by controller which is keep the temperature system.

5. You can turn to choose your time easier.

6. Production-line will roll the shaped donuts for collecting.

Donut making capactiy:

Donut( dough diameter 20mm) can fried to 38mm(max.) donuts 1200pcs/hour

Donut( dough diameter 36mm) can fried to 70mm(max.) donuts 960pcs/hour

Donut( dough diameter 40mm) can fried to 80mm(max.) donuts 800pcs/hour

How to make good donut?

1.If you are making the big donut (40 mm outlet),please turn to 9-10 seconds.It can become 80-83mm after it was fried.

2.If you are making the middle donut (36 mm outlet),please turn to 7-8 seconds.It can become 70 -75mm after it was fried.

3.If you are making the mini donut(20 mm outlet),please turn to 4 seconds. It can become 38mm after it was fried.
